We are Scott & Jo Ann Martin, currently living in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Scott is qualified to work in a Management Capacity. Jo Ann loves to tend to things around the kitchen and garden, preparing very healthy and tasty meals.

Scott's career has primarily been related to the Food Service and Hotel & Restaurant Industries, mostly in Management:

Dishwasher/Pot washer, Busboy, Banquet Houseman, Kitchen Steward (manage dishwashers, pot washers, storeroom and kitchen organization and sanitation), Maitre d', Breakfast Cook (Waffle House), 1st Cook-Dinner / Relief Breakfast Cook, Private City Club Manager/Executive Chef, Executive Chef (at Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina), Food & Beverage Director, Sous Chef, Restaurant Manager, Foodservice Sales Rep and Restaurant Equipment Rep, Hospital Production Manager/Chef, Garde Manger (Prepare Salads & Dessert Presentation) & Grill Cook, Cook Trainee in Belgium, Catering (Owner, and worked with others), Chef Instructor at the College Level, Personal Chef with Jo Ann. Scott completed 12 years' worth of college in 6-3/4 years, while working and raising children: Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, an M.A.T. degree (Master of Arts in Teaching) to teach both, and Hotel/Restaurant Management.

Scott was in Sales for 9-1/2 years. Additionally, as a Co-Owner of a few businesses with Jo Ann (primarily natural health related for 5 years); volunteered with a natural health organization as Vice President, Food Chair & Website Chair for 3-1/2 years; worked in a Grow Room for a 100% Raw/Living Food entity of 41 years for 8-1/2 months, growing wheatgrass, microgreens and sprouts, where people learn how to heal themselves of cancer, diabetes, fibromyalgia, etcetera.

Scott is self-taught on PC Computers since 1987 with MS-DOS, regularly using MS-Word, MS- Excel, Facebook, email and text; has done some work with MS-Publisher and MS-PowerPoint, and willing to learn other software programs. Scott & Jo Ann have been heavily into the natural health lifestyle for 21 years, beginning mid-January 2000; we have been focusing additionally on an 80% Raw/Living Food Lifestyle since September 2010. Jo Ann worked for 8-1/2 months in a 100% Raw/Living Foods Kitchen.  We prefer to not be engaged in a sedentary lifestyle.  We were Caregivers for 2-1/2 years, and again for two months.  Jo Ann has been a Home Care Assistant since early March 2020. We are energetic, enthusiastic and outgoing.  We are very excited for this new chapter/venture in our lives to begin so that we will be able to reach out to those in need of help, and wish to receive help and direction in their lives.
